IDS Ingeniería was founded in 1994 as a company dedicated to consulting and construction of civil works. Its founders were experienced civil engineers in the market who had worked for private companies, as well as public institutions.

In 2000  IDS Casas Modulares begins to support the company activities by developing a prebuilt system of concrete structures for smooth walls. These structures are earthquake proved, affordable and with a great architectural beauty.
